Sensual Essentials
Sensual Essentials is a business selling lingerie and adult goods through the Internet and party plan. I had a broad design brief not only to design their web site, but also to come up with a look and feel that would be carried through other design materials, including their logo. The design needed to be clean, uncluttered and quite 'corporate' to attract a wide audience. It also needed to be sensual and naughty without being too shocking or rude since the site also represents the party plan side of the business. By using a 'horns and halos' theme in the site, the design is playful rather than overtly sexual. Use of pink as a feminine colour helps to further target the site towards a female audience whilst the black and white photography on the front page lends a sophisticated look to the site.
